Trip to the zoo!

We went to the Cincinnati zoo for the light festival. there was 2.5 million lights on display. it was nice we got to see Santa and Santa's reindeer. the smell of hot cocoa and cinnamon was in the air. we had a nice time. Allie had a gingerbread cookie and it was very good from the very small bite i took of it. we had a good time! the weather was just right!

Groovy Girl Scooter

Never ending bag!

Allie woke up this morning and sure enough santa had come and gone. in the letter that santa left was that allie was a very good girl this year and was on the top of his list. every time allie would open a gift she would say i can't believe santa got me all of this. she was so surprised! Santa left allie a groovy girl scooter which she loves. barbies and lots of coloring and art projects. she got a sewing machine and lots of movies. she said i can't believe i was such a good girl.

Day at Grannies!

allie and her grannies made this "hula momma" a couple of weeks ago at the farm. as you can tell they made her as realistic as possible. they did a good job! here is a couple of pictures of allie out in the snow and toby and allie by the fire place at grannies.

~Company's Coming!~

Allie had company over the weekend. Aunt Rita and Dale stopped in and stayed the night with FIVE of allie's cousins. Allie wanted to make something for them when they got to our house so she made some fudge brownies. although the girls didn't get here until late the girls made the most of it. they started to slow down until they decided to dive into the brownies at about 11:30pm which gave them another boost of energy. they had lots of fun! it was nice to have rita, dale and all of the girls to stop by and spend some time as they were passing through.
