Class of 2009

Allie graduated from the Kindergarten on the 22nd of May. ALLie was on the honor roll 4 out of the five times with all A+ except for one B. she is ready for big stuff now. not sure where she is headed but i am sure she'll do great things. :)

Allie lost her 1st tooth

allie was all excited. i pulled her first tooth. she didn't even realize that i had pulled and then she had a surprised look at her face and then started laughing. she is all excited and wants to call everyone she knows. so don't be surprised if you don't get a call.

Hannah Montana! miley and hanna in the same picture. Tuesday was allies friend bell which she has known since age 3 her best friend was turning six. allie was headed to school that morning of her birthday and after i heard allie on the phone talking to isabelle mom about her birthday and that she was sorry she couldn't make to her party. i thought you know allie will only be little for just a few more years and i am all about making memories so after dropping allie off at school. i picked her back up and we headed off at 9:30 in the morning to make it to her friends birthday party. it was a two hour drive but we made it just in time. i was the best mom ever that day. :) so we had to stop off to pick up a gift for isabelle and as soon as allie seen the dress she said "that's it"! so we got the dress and allie asked if she could get one for her birthday (which is next month) and i thought it is on sale and i am all about "yes! making memories" so i got allie one as well. after the party we went back to bell's house where they played in there dresses for hours. that is where allie which is miley the brown hair and bell is hanna which has the blond hair. it worked out well and they had lots of fun that day making memories. i am thinking abby was upset because she didn't have a dress like the girls.

Easter

EASTER 2009

it has been one heck of a month. i lost my grandma salisbury of 91 yrs. i lost my dog on march 14 of 12 yrs the hardest thing by far i have had to do. then a few days after that my grandpa bing age 78 got sick and didn't come out of it and 18 days after we had to say goodbye to him. i hope to goodness things start looking up for me. we did have a good easter here is a few pics to show.

Tobious "Toby" Franklin March 24 1997 to March 14 2009

Toby was the best dog i ever had. he was so caring,gentle, and loving. he loved to be right near me any time he could. although it got harder to spend time with him when allie and abby came along i would always find time to run outside and love on him or to play with him in the yard. i miss him so much. i truely can not believe he will not be around anymore. it hurts so bad to think about coming up the drive or the next time we take a walk or when i am down to my last bite of whatever i am eatting i always gave it to him. i know in time the pain will stop hurting but for now it is all i can do to look outside to think i will never see him again here on earth. i with him to the very last and i know he was ready to go it was all he could do to just raise his head up and look at me. he will be forever missed. I love you tobes.

Abby turns 1

it is hard to believe abby is one. it seems like just yesterday. we had her a little party with cake and ice cream. she first wanted to toss the cake into the floor until we told her to lick her fingers and then she was ready to eat until we stopped her. she didn't get much but she sure liked what she got. we got her elmo that blows kisses she really liked that and a jack~n~the~box. we also got her this ball that sounds like a cow and you roll it and knock over milk jugs but she does not like the ball with the sounds. she will watch allie do it and clap for her but she wants nothing to do with it. she has 6 teeth two up top and four on the bottom. allie was just getting her first tooth when she was turning one. abby started walking at 10 months and allie started walking at 11. it is neat to see the difference in the two of them. it seems like every day abby is doing something new. i have so much fun with my girls.

Happy Valentines Day!

this morning doug came in with a dozen of roses for allie and as soon as she seen them she said wait! wait! i know what this needs. so she runs up stairs and comes down with her red dress on wanting her picture taken. doug has always gotten her flowers every valentines day and on her birthday. she does this so she knows if time lasts this is how a man is suppose to treat a lady. a good example. doug brought me two dozen one white and one red with a box of candy and topped it off with a nice homemade breakfast. i think later i am going to turn abby into cupid. if i do i will share pics.

a New Toy

Well, i got this little circus tent that holds balls the other night. i thought abby would like to have fun in it. well i think allie likes it more. abby got in it the first night but i zipped it up while she was in it and now she won't go back in it. she will reach her body half way in to get the balls and then get right back out. allie like just hanging out in there playing dolls.

Let it snow.....

Allie has been out of school the whole week. we have spent a lot of time outside enjoying the snow. we went tubbing and i got hurt several times. if anyone knows where we live there are huge hills that are on the right hand side as you come up the lane and at the bottom rests a barb wire fence and a small cliff and a creek bed. well i couldn't stop and ended up going to the fence and getting tangled into the fence and the briars just behind the fence. doug had to come and untagle me. it was not fun. well it was fun up until i ran into the fence. then i busted both knees trying to bail off. we have had snow plus ice and then snow again and my knee busted the ice and i have a huge purple bruse on my right knee and fence marks on my left followed by another nice bruse. i did this four times and all four times i am hurt. the fourth time i could not stop again and i had to grab the fence with my arm and raise it up while i am going 20 miles and hour so i have a huge razor type cut on my face with my arm almost out of joint trying to catch myself just before going into the creek. so i got up feeling a little old this morning. then today i decide to go down and try the small hill as you come up the lane. i said "come on allie let's go together". so we did. i ended up off the tire and hit my back/shoulder on the ice thick road with my head hitting the road to top it off. it now hurts on the only good side i had when i got up this morning and now it hurts even when abby lays her head on my shoulder. And, i have a nice lump on the back of my head. i feel like i have been ran over.. i am not kidding i don't think i can remeber when just to scratch my arm hurts so bad. BUT i got some good pictures. let me share.

It's Official

abby has taken off walking. it was official on Jan. 17th. Abby has been determined for some time but she doesn't like to have help doing anything. so she up and took off walking last week. she is 10 months and won't be 11 months until feb. 4th. it's still hard to believe she is that old. she is growing at rapid speed. it is hard to believe at times as much as she can do. she is also saying little words. her favorite is BOB she loves bob and of course allie doesn't want to share bob. i think it's funny because i think abby knows that it's allies and as soon as bob is in arms reach where abby can get him she takes off and gets him. it's funny to watch.

the total is......

$314.30 well we finished counting allies money. that is a pretty good total for spending cash for disney. we still have 2 months so she will probably have about $350.00 to head out with. she is very excited. we are getting use to mickey and all the gang for abby. we will spell m-i-c-k-e-y and she will find mickey mouse. if you aks abby where mickey is she will point and laugh. she loves mickey and donald duck. she can also do donald duck sound which is very cute.

counting for disney.......

Allie has been saving for a year for disney. every time she gets any money she puts in her piggy bank. tonight we bought some coin rolls and started counting to see just how much she will have to spend at disney. this is allies money she has worked for and some she has won by thanksgiving back offs and the big one was her prize winning pumpkin in october where she won $50.00. Allies pig was so heavy that we thought we would weigh it and it weighed in at 19lbs. that is one stuffed pig. she has some ideas on what she would like to buy. allie is going to have the royal makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. she is so excited. we will keep you updated on the total. we did count she the bills and she has $120.00 just in bills. so i am guessing around $400.00. i'll let you know in a few days.

Allie is playing basketball

today allie had her first game. her little friend wanted on her team and today we didn't know who was playing each other and allies little friend ended up playing against allie and they ended up guarding each other. it was cute. it was so funny to see allie out there playing. she had a good time.

Happy New Year!

Wishing everyone a happy 2009! allie asked me today if she missed the ball drop. i told her yes and she said why didn't someone tell her. well i did but she is usually out by 8:30 or 9 and i knew waking her she would so be out of it that it wouldn't matter. this is abby taking teddy for a ride. she likes teddy but she really loves bob which is allies bear she has had since birth. abby says a few words the one we all know is bob. she says mommy/clock/duck/clap/that/touch/pup. she also can tell you where her belly/ears/hair/piggies are. just in the few days she loves to look outside to see toby and the other dogs and cats and we will tell her the kitty is sleeping and she will put her little finger over her mouth to be quite. very cute!
