50's party

last weekend uncle emmitt and nada had a 50's anniversary party. the theme was to dress up back in the 50's. well grannies made allie a 50's skirt. allie looked so cute! allie was the only person dressed up in a 50's outfit besides the djs boy. he looked like a little fonz like he had just walked off of the happy days show. when the little guy spotted allie he watched her all night. we were trying to get allie and the little guy to dance but allie enjoyed dancing by herself and he enjoyed watching with his arms crossed most of the time watching. the music they played was so good. allie continued to dance and at one point doug danced with allie. allie has spent many hours watching dancing with the stars so it really came in handy. allie danced the night away. when dancing with her daddy she was sliding in between his legs and twirled and spinning with her arms extended and doug throwing her in the air. at one point the people were yelling and allie looked back realizing that they were watching her. allie had so much fun! even tonight she is still talking about her dancing. we all had a lot of fun! it was good seeing some that we haven't see for several years including Brian. a big congrats to emmitt and nada for celebrating 50 years of marriage.
